Privacy Policy

This is a technical draft based on the data actually processed by the app. It is not legal advice — please have it reviewed by a lawyer or data protection professional before publishing, especially regarding GDPR mandatory disclosures.

We do not process payment data, as the app is currently free.

3. Processors / third parties

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions, Hosting) and Google Maps for map display. We do not sell data to third parties; to help fund the app, however, we do show advertising (see section 6).

4. Retention

Location data is only processed for the duration of an active parking session and is not stored as a permanent movement profile. Account and profile data is kept until the account is deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the address above.

6. Advertising

Soono is funded through advertising, shown via Google AdMob (Android/iOS) or Google AdSense (Web). On first launch, we ask whether you consent to personalized ads: with consent, ads are tailored to your interests; without consent, you still see ads, but only non-personalized/contextual ones. Your choice is stored locally on your device.

7. Changes
