1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the "Soono" app and website ("Soono"), operated by Eric Stephen Nyassi Ngatcha, Marommer Straße 13, 22850 Norderstedt, Germany.
2. Description of service
Soono is a free platform through which users can inform each other about whether and when an occupied parking spot is likely to become free. Duration estimates are based on other users' voluntary input. Soono does not guarantee the accuracy of this information, nor that a spot will actually become or remain available at the estimated time.
3. Registration and account
Using Soono requires a user account (email address and password). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must notify us of any misuse of your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide truthful information (in particular for duration estimates) and not to misuse the request feature or use it for advertising purposes. Repeatedly inaccurate information may negatively affect your reliability score or lead to exclusion from Soono.
5. Limitation of liability
Soono is a free intermediary service between users. We assume no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for the accuracy of user-generated information or for damages arising from using the app in road traffic (e.g. distraction, missed parking spots, or traffic accidents). Traffic rules and due care in road traffic always take priority over using the app.
6. Availability
As a free service, no particular availability or error-free operation of Soono is guaranteed. We reserve the right to change, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time.
7. Advertising
Soono is funded through advertising. Details, including your personalization choice, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Account deletion
You may have your account deleted at any time by contacting us at the address below.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Soono's features or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions state otherwise.
